HEY EVERYONE!

I got accepted by MSIG. hoho!
starting work on 11 dec 2008.

Position: Policy Processing Assistant Executive
Benefits: 18 AL
14 MC
2 months fixed bonus
+ variable bonus depend on co's performance

But no OT compensation.
No allowance
2/3 days a week may need to stay till 6/7pm.

Pay = $1.8k.
Do you think i can negotiate the salary since i can't claim OT?
