Well, Had lunch with my colleagues.
and i ask her a qns.
'Does local uni and private uni makes a difference in your career life or maybe even your pay?'
She says,
"Nope, it all depends on your boss.
If your boss is from local uni, most likely he would hire you.
Otherwise, it would not make a difference because it's just the DEGREE cert they wanna see.
And your WORK EXPERIENCE is the factor that affects your pay"

I was quite relieved when she said that.
If i would to apply ntu, nus or smu next year,
the chances of getting into it is low.
I would be wasting time studying for so many years too.
At least 2 years at UOL will be a quicker path to my career path isn't it?
